A small artisan cheese business with three employees based in Barkham was having issues regularly when trying to send emails and had a lot of complaints from clients as emails from them when directly to their spam filters.
Our client was regularly receiving bounceback messages from their email server when trying to send emails with a non-delivery report claiming their emails had been rejected due to appearing as spam. They also often heard complaints from their clients as the emails that they did manage to send did not come through to their inboxes and were instead going directly into the spam folders – meaning these emails weren’t being viewed or actioned.
We suggested moving their email hosting over to the Microsoft 365 platform to fix these issues. Within 24 Hours, we sent across a quotation, and once accepted the switchover date was booked in at a convenient time with them. We completed a full migration using our state-of-the-art cloud migration tools, all whilst they were able to continue working. We assisted them throughout the process and with configuring any changes to settings within their mail clients after we had completed the initial move. We also checked in with them periodically to ensure the new system was working well and that their issue with email delivery was resolved.
