Reset Credentials Form
This form will be used whenever you need to reset either a password or a 2FA token for your work or school account. HOW TO – Enter your line manager’s email below, click Send verification code. This will send them a code which will expire after 10 minutes. Once you have this code from your line manager, come back to this page and enter the code, then press the verify button, and continue completing the form.
