Directly addresses the risk of staff using unmanaged, personal AI accounts with company data (“shadow AI”). The rate shown is an early adopter rate for Netserve’s first five Safe AI clients, minimum 5 users; standard pricing applies after that and is available on request.
AI Readiness Check £105, one-off
A one-hour remote review of a business’s IT environment, covering data management, identity and access, security basics, and current or shadow AI usage. Delivered as a written summary with a RAG rating and prioritised next steps. Designed as a low-friction first step before any AI platform is deployed.
Custom AI Builds quoted per project
Bespoke AI automations and agents built for a client’s specific workflows (for example email triage, document processing, or lead qualification), connecting to Microsoft 365, CRMs, databases and other business tools. Scoped and quoted individually as a fixed-price project, backed by an ongoing maintenance retainer.
Managed AI Web Applications quoted per project
Custom business web applications, such as staff portals, booking systems, client portals and job management tools, built using AI-accelerated development tools and hosted on Netserve-managed infrastructure. Priced as a build fee plus a monthly managed hosting fee.
