At Netserve, we’re always looking for ways to strengthen our culture and support the growth of our people. This week, our leadership team took part in an excellent training session led by Victoria, who is now a fully trained and certified DISC practitioner.
DISC is a behavioural model that helps individuals and teams understand different communication styles, motivations, and working preferences. The four primary profiles, Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness, provide a simple but powerful framework for improving collaboration, reducing friction, and bringing out the best in each person.

Why DISC Matters to Us
As a growing business, we know that technical skills and processes are only part of the story. Success comes from how well our people work together, how effectively we communicate, and how we adapt to each other’s strengths. By introducing DISC into our organisation, we can:
A Step Towards Growth
The training was more than just a learning session; it was a chance for each of us to reflect on our own profiles and consider how we show up in the business. It sparked some great conversations among the leadership team about how we can work together more effectively, play to each other’s strengths, and continue to grow the business in a positive, people-focused way.
Victoria delivered the training with energy and clarity, helping us see how DISC can be applied in real-world scenarios — from managing projects to resolving conflicts to motivating teams. Her new certification is a huge asset to our organisation, and we’re excited to roll this out more widely across the business.
Looking Ahead
This is just the beginning of our journey with DISC. Over the coming months, we’ll be weaving the framework into team development sessions, leadership coaching, and even client interactions. The goal is to create a culture where everyone feels understood, valued, and equipped to do their best work.
A huge thank you to Victoria for leading the way and for helping us take another big step forward in building a stronger, more connected business.
