Case Study – Client Onboarding

A new client recently came on board with us due to past IT providers not suiting their needs. They needed their dated hardware upgraded, support going forwards, and a secure method for remotely accessing their network from outside the office.

We completed an initial consultation with them onsite and discovered an urgent need for securing their remote access to the network. We met this need by implementing one of our Arista Untangle Next-Gen Firewalls (NGFW) which can provide VPN server capabilities. We also assisted them with upgrading computers from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and tidying up their comms cabinet.

During the onboarding day, we ran through our rigorous process including a machine audit that allows us to recommend priorities on what needs to be updated, upgraded, or replaced. We also completed a review of their Microsoft 365 licensing and ended up saving them money on their monthly bill, as well as cleaning up their tenancy.
