If hardware has been supplied by Netserve and is within the warranty period, we will activate the manufacturer’s warranty and coordinate any warranty repairs or claims on your behalf.
Where devices are purchased directly by the client, the client remains responsible for ensuring appropriate warranty coverage and managing any warranty claims with the manufacturer.
