During our extensive onboarding process, we follow an onboarding checklist that currently consists of 54 steps, providing a full handover from your existing IT Provider to us which we then document to avoid missing any crucial information to support you going forward.  You will also be paired with an account manager who will be a senior project engineer to oversee this process.
