To make the migration of support and services to us we take over full communications with your existing IT provider, we have worked with many other local and remote IT support companies and have a full onboarding process to leave no stone unturned whilst they are off-boarding you from their systems. All you need to do is send an email to your existing account manager and CC us at theteam@netserve.support with authorisation for us to speak to them on your behalf.
